Why so many same problems about the Indian clients. I have encountered the same problem as you before.

Both brothers are in one same company that dealing with us. Somehow, they broke, and we do business with both of them without knowing they are actually from former same company. And several months later, one of they who gave more orders began to complain about us selling others the same product.

I think you can tell A that you can sign a contact that he is the ONLY SALES PERSON in India, If he can agree this, You will just only sale your goods to A, Or you have your oipion sale the goods to others
