Before I think my boss will offer me some useful platform but I found that he did not know much about foreign trade and will not offer me any platform. I do not know if i can persist in it or it is meaningful for me to stay this company. I agree with you.Nothing is impossible.But you may suggest your boss offer a platform like alibaba.If you don't attend any fairs or have a good platform,it would be a big problem to find a  customer.

If you persist in staying  here , you will be the real boss in your foreign trade dept. ,  ,that's full of challenge ,but will be a harsh time for you at the begining... I don't how how much you know about the foreign trade, If you 've never involved in the international business before, you would better leave, that's too hard to start with.... if you have known some , stay here ,learn more by yourself .right, everything is possible.  anyway , wish all the best...^_^
