What is my problem?

I reply the customers' inquiry shortly, and expecting to receive reply from customers, but there is no reply from the customers, what is the matter?? can anybody tell me what is my problem?!O6k4y(K!`/]#}:?0J,G

It is very common not receive reply from customer. Don't feel strange but keep sending email after several days.

it is normal.many client onlywant to your best price and press other factory's price.
i will send him e-mail again after 7days if the customer didn't reply my first e-mail. i have to give up if he don't reply my second e-mail.
