You may be able to convince your boss to get some outside help. There are many ways to appeal to buyers. Language barriers can be difficult. But US buyers like to do business over the phone. Even if you think your English is bad, try to call your leads during business hours. You may be surprised at how much they appreciate your effort.

I was in the same situation as you are. I am looking for the client on the web for nearly 50days, sent out about 200 pcs of quotation,but no reply now. feels too bad. it is too difficult to sourcing client on the internet.
