there is an article in the contract that I do not understand quite well.
pls help me to explain.thanks a lot!
the article is "Verifiable legal documentation that Buyer has been acquired by another party while the conditions of the settlement are still valid must be submitted to Seller within ninety(90) days of acquisition if claim is subsequently made by new owner(s) of Buyer."

FYI:在汇款期，如果你的customer被他的下家要求提供(相关）证明文件时，要在90天内寄到新买家。 Do not understand why your customer want to hold it in your contract. some risk:1,this article could be a additional condition before your customer payment;2, we can not know which kind of documents the third party want to get and whether we can offer.3, we can not control the processing of transmitting.
