New Labor Law, how to protect our right?

There are many cases concerned with the labor contract, insurance, probationership and other things related.
What are our right as a common labor?
Have u ever paid attention to it?

Labour Law said employees should pay for the overtime pay. But it is really a big question in China at present. Law is law, and rule is rule! When you need this job, you may overlook about such issues expect you're going to fire your boss. Anyway, it depends on different industries. My boss didn't give us the right call-back pay but he did pay some prize or subsidy instead.

now most of foreigen trade company don't sign contract with employee. our company is one of these. we have no insurance. and no overtime pay.

most small companies did like this, but we should try our best to protect and pursue the rights that belongs to us which is legal.FOB Business Forum2w!g+h/]2g"i d$d

U may ask your company to get the insurance set by law.

I didnot sign until now, but it is said that after 3 months in a company, it exsit such a relationship even u didnot sign the paper one. u and the employer has formed the relationship of employment. it is said to be like this, so if u want to claim the company, u only need to have the proof that u have been in this company for at least 3 months. the fact of laborship exists, be sure to have the proof when something happened, such as the proof of salary u got.

yes,law is law.Now is the buyer's market.I don't know now how many companies are carrying out the labor law,especially the new law.It seems every companies has its own policy.If you can't accept,you just can give up the job.So mostly some employees signe the unfair contract even if they know it is not conformed with the labor law.

i cannnot give more comments on that, but i just want to notice us employees to protect our right if possible.

But the basic insurance should be protected when contracts are signed.
We should learn to get the right that belongs to us.

The day before yesterday, my colleage asks me to sign the contract of labour. When i was reading, she rushed me and said that it is all the same. Yes! I can do nothing but make a decision. Because it is uniform contract. Anyway, i don't know what it talks about, it is at least a little right toward to us instead of company. Three years i signed. But i can resign during this period by submitting one report one month before i leave. By contraries, if company does so, it has to pay double

But it is impossible to let us make a form of contract.

Anyway, some of content in our labour contract is suitable for us. The point is that many companies do not want to sign such formal contract with workers.
