thanks for sharing such experiences meeting with cusotmers, some time, when we meet customer, we don't know how to find topics to talk with customer,and let them feel happy.

my work is always sending email in office. so i need learn some techincials to talk with foreigner.

I got this work for six month but now still don't have some impressive memory or something unforgettable. When I came to this company i spent one month time on learning product informtation and then start my business but not very good I did't got any order during my practice time. I dream that one day i will have dinner with my foreign customer!

in fact, it is difficult for us translate the CHINESE FOOD menu clearly when the customers ask me.
such as : he ask : what is made from ? sometimes , i also don't kown what is made from because i come from Northern.

i think i must improve my english level about food words.;

I met customer almost every month. It is some art and maner need to keep in mind when
