Looking back on my 2007,it's an unforgettable momery,for I  just went to my new job at the beginning.With some fareness and uncertainess,I started again from zero.But luckly,my director and other colleagues are  so kind to me that i forgot all the pessimistic feelings and quickly been involved in the harmonious atmosphere.Thanks to their help,I got great progress and grew up to be an indispensable staffer.

In the past 2007 year, I should say sorry to my plan and , I did a bad job for my company and myself, customers are increased slowly, orders are progressed slowly, my deposit is still so little! Without money, how can I start my project in the future years? I am a little worried now. FOB Business Forum;E$h&X4P,U-X7Y.T
    Although there are some reason for my bad job, the beneficial percentage of our order is too low and the development of customers is too difficult,  it's hard to keep passion all the time. it seems we just waste time here, I decide to tell my thoughts to my manager, and suggestion some changes, if not, then maybe next year is my time to quit from here!

To be frank, for my last job, the past 1 year. I got the same feeling like yours. I worked so hard, tried my best to do it. But I can't get anything for doing it. only felt tired, unhappy, unvalued.

I can get the support from my manager and my boss. For a job, the working feeling and result are the most important.

Regarding the salary, when I came here, got little money, I don't mind about it. After 2 months,I passed the probation period, got the salary increased RMB600 per month. It's really not a big salary.
