To me, it was the first time to know DHL yesterday and one customer asked me to send some samples to him just by giving a DHL account. At beginning, I'm not sure what's that actually, so I have to search it all over the FOB and baidu.com. Forunately, I got some useful information about it and now, I'm waiting for his confirmation that whether he accepts my sample by pay on delivery. One thing I want to know, does the only DHL account is enough for sending samples to abroad?

i think it must be FedEx but not TEDEX

My friend told me that the customer should offer the detailed contacts such as: company name and company addr., addresstee, post code and telephone number. If I send it abroad, I also have to prepare one letter of liability of ob imp service and an invoice statement for freight collection.

I advise u not use UPS. we have really bad experience with UPS. The part have been lost by
