Refund request doesn't mean that product is bad or the customer doesn't like it.

There might be many reasons.But whatever the reason may be.If you add little patience in your business trust me,you will not be in loss.

If you mention about refund and when you are straight forward and fair with them,the customer looking at your openess also will be honest and fair with you in return.
