Before you contact with the customer, you must be familiar with your product. This is the most important thing. If you know little about your product, it is impossible to do a good job. Customer will ask you lots of questions if he/she would like to buy your product, if you can not answer any questions from the customer, the customer will think that you are not professional, and he/she will not trust you.

After you have learnt a lot about your product, you can try to contact with the customer,
ask what he/she need, try to fulfill his/her requirements.

always the same question..
