when i entered in this company ,i am shame if someone blame me. i remember when i first be blamed by my boss,bery seriously i think . because i dont familiar hi s temper. i feel shame . and want to cry louldly.but still beared. after i know his temper. so i do my best . keep distance from him.and change the commulation way to him. i am trying till now.

Of course, when I really did something wrong and scolded by others, I am honest to accept it. While I am right and also blamed by other, i feel very sorrowful and i cried very seriusly even talked back to them to protect myself!

Maybe I will cry although I don't want to. I quit my last job after quarelling with my manager because they blamed me loudly in front of other collegues. In fact, it's not my fault and I am not to blame. I tried to control my emotion as well as my tears but failed. I think it a shame to show my weakness to others but always can't do annthing for it.

You have your owe idea.And I think force is not the only way to solve your question.Of course,it is not your false.But when you do something wrong,your boss blame you is right,if you dont feel any shame,what can you do ?
