how to talk salary with your superior

I am not very satisfied with my salary, I do want to tell the supperior I'd like to get up my salary, But I don't kown how to tell and how to express well. a @ q0Q6a$i
If I don't speak out ,the matter make me feel uneasy and upset. It's realy a tough trouble.7?^Fbp_m8et

it happen not long ago,I ask my superior to add salary,:L  only add 150RMB...........

Ask one of ur foreign pal pretend to be a client,make a call to ur boss,show interest in doing biz,BTW,mentioning about u and ur ``great performance``.then ,u just ask for a raise at the proper time.
