Yesterday we find an apple tree, today we may forget it, since we find a new one, and tomorrow there are more apple trees to come? We pick and desert friends at times, merely because we are marching forward and can't carry them with us when we've got quite a lot to carry! When we recall them, we stand at a nonplus!

Oh, why not let them go if they will get lost sooner or later? What the hell could I hold fast in life?
