ORDER PENDENT----Reason Analyzing

It's hard for me to get my first order, I have negotiated with the indian company for almost one month by sending e-mails and samples, finally they placed one small PO, seems trial order to us. When I asked if any tolerance would be accepted, I got the quickest but negative answer. :(

Although that I was happy COZ this is my first order, so we signed the SC quickly. after confirming the 30% deposit in our account, I took a deep breath and arranged the production, however, when goods ready I wrote an e-mail to ask for info. of the shipping agent they appointed, they told me they would tell me ASAP when they had confirmed, 3 days passed and again I wrote to them, but this time no reply was recieved, so I dialled their phone, cell phone, faxed to them, did all means to contact them. I could get through, just nobody replied, I repeated the same thing everyday since then, till now I got no answer, they dissppear from the world. Maybe they went bankrupt, or maybe they don't need the goods anymore.:L 9K

Luckly enough, we did not get their information for shippment, otherwise we would be in a big mess of considering how to get back our goods from customs.:L

my god,how to deal with the mass goods!if your customer had paid the 30% deposit,maybe your losing is a little!the risk always be in round on trading business.be carefully!

i never met this kind of problem that I couldn't contact with my clients, but I had the experience that our clients canceled the order after our goods' ready...:Q :Q

we loose 4containers this year, :lol because we will ship the goods before receiving the balance.and we wil send the original b/l after we receive the balance. and one of the customer is bankrupt..:loveliness:

We had a Colombian buyer, who paid us 30% deposit for his order. After we finished our production, we just couldn't get reply from him for the balance payment and his instruction for delivery. We kept contacting with him but received no reply. Luckily enough, at last Canton Fair, he came directly to our booth, and ordered more from us. The pending order was finally solved. Hope that your buyer is just temporarily forgetting his order and will take back some day in the future.

Economy is really tough now,but luckily you have got their 30% deposit.You could send mail to tell them,you will sell the products to other people and take the deposit if still not get answer from them.
