and i do not have any opportunity to practice my english . So sometimes i lose my confidencewith oral english . How to build up my confidence? it's urgent .

` You must catch the good method to study englsh . and insist on every day . Now I read englsh when I am free every morning and practise my listening everyday , I feel my  progress although it is slow . but I am confident , here is a english blog for you , hope it is useful to you .:victory:

it's normal... come on.. don't give up..

I kept on studying English for 1 month. Every morning i listen to my MP3 and every night i do dictation. It is boring but useful. Now i have no more energy for English studying. Only can read and post topic here

HOw to improving your spoken english? i think it's a serious question for me. INSIST ON PRACTICING  !!
