what should i do to help my gf?

Recently I found my girlfriend is getting more and more upset. I can't help her out of the bad mood, even though I know what the problem is. She is a sales of export department. And she works in the showroom of her company with her collegue. She didn't receive any order for three months, and the orders before are just small ones. so the money gets less and less day by day. However, her collegue received order one by one, my gf thought her collegue is really lucky dog,moreover my gf has more experience than her collegue and she can't go to the Canton Fair, all these above make her blame herself. As a result, she can't devote herself into her work. I'm afraid that it's a [color=black]vicious circle for her.  How and What can I do to help her to regain her faith. What to say to comfort her?Is it real that the foreign trade is more and mor difficult ?[/color]
