how can i deal with the email

today i receive a australia client email .he said :

I deal with injection mold sales . he always send wrong draft ,wrong product structure to me ,said  it's his design .but each time i will revise his draft and then draw it to CAD  drawing for his confirmation .You know ,it's difficult for us to make all correct drawing .&cg8Q7sK

Today when i quote  for his two products ,(Each product's draft is wrong ) ,he suddenly reply me with the above email .

in my oppinion, you should find the reason why it is not the right time to introduce a new production, if you could solve his probleb,the opportunity of buying your good is bigger, right?  come on , just keep you active,you will get more!
