the bank in china really makes me so disappointed

i want to make a transfer to oversea by WU from last week.ygOeG-a5\
the stuff in the  bank told me that i could only make it when they come back from china's National Holiday.
#~,e[4b0y ok,no problem,i wait to today and hope i can make the WU transfer.
Z&~6u*e6k&m_~ty but when i go to the bank after i am off duty,they told me once again"sorry,you could only come here after 2.PM"
3~!U-C2Qp*B4Y I really want to know how many hours they will work for us everyday.only five hours?when i asked the nessesary documents so that i can prepare them in advance,they even couldn't find the docuemnts for the WU transfer.

For example the available tranfer time, transfer commision,exact working hours.0M"lJ7mF1`m

but as i know, bank will have somebody on duty during holiday.

sorry to hear about your suffer, what is worse, we do not know most  bank regulations before they told us with patiwnce, however, the staff never work with passion. :L
