Today one new client call me,but i can't understand him at all.tHEN i ask help from my colleague.

Please don't lose confidence! in fact, if you are familiar with your own products and business, at the same time, you can speak daily english, then that's OK! sometimes, the customers' english are not as good as ours! that's why we can't hear clear their non-standard english:$

Well,thanks to all.I know i have to be brave.Just do my best.

The same to me. My hearing is not well. I feel very nervous when I get a call or face to customers. At that time, I just think how can i do and sometimes even I cannot hear a word. Actually I think we can understand but because of nervous... So we should have confidence, some foreign customers' Englishi is not better than us.

don't worry too much about your listening, in fact, many foriegners in different parts of him country have different accent, no wonder the people in different part of the world, i find indian people speak english quickly and not standardly, but American people fluntely and easy to understand. so please do not loose your heart. just listen more, and practise more ,keep at it, you will be easy at english in not a long time.

I have one client visiting  our factory to inspect the goods several days ago, and I received them ,I can understand what they said,I just did not know how to talk to them activily on the way.
CE4m'w*NP During theiring inspection ,some of what they said were professional word or sentences that I can not understand.

very agree .  many of chinese people, can write to conmunicate but can conmunicate face to face with the foreignor, and throug the phone
