have you ever worry about the balance payment?

do you usally do the pay terms in 20%T/T(maybe 30%) balance payment after B/L copy fax,after the shippment,how many days will your client give you the balance payment.our goods have been shipped 12 days,the next is the national holiday,can I get the balace payment,it is so worried,I sent several mail to my client,but there is no reply from him.

Yes,balance against copy of B/L,but it cann't be 12 days,they must remit the balance once upon the copy.

pls don't worry. Maybe the person you contact is on business trip or not in these days. So you can call him. They could  have original documents but after you have receive the balance payment.
