improvement could be made

this is the second time i came to the EFOB section. after a quick browse, i see that i am still a newbie here.

when i say a SECTION, which means EFOB is part of FOB, in which case, EFOB should adopt the exisiting membershipp status (so that when you have an exisiting and established membership in FOB you are still who you are in EFOB, you should have the same authority).

I understand it is installed as a completely seperate system, but then you can still import all info (inc. original posting and reading authorities) across so that we do not have to do the same old thing again.

_-U1Ef3Sf5DHs I certainly understand, but if you know the skeleton at the background, you should know there is a Profile table in the database, use PHPMyAdmin should be able to extract certain info out of the existing table.

oHuE:gO`-bz One possible solution is that have a bridge between the two tables, so that users with non-Latin username in FOB can create a EFOB username and connect the two together.

ah, in fact, I believe the webmaster has done something with the site since I tried logging in with my existing account a while back with no problem, but then around last 2 weeks i have been keep trying and had no avail, then all of the suddent here i am again when i tried today.
