Hello,everyone!Who can help me to solve a difficulty?Thanks a lot!{4?|8_7Q/Es
The size of our finished articles are much less than samples which the customer has confirmed. They have ordered two containers before. But now,as the cargo sizes have many differences with samples.So now,they sent mail to us to want to have a compensation. I revert to him for many times to explain some reasons,but there's no help. So I don't know how to solve this problem now.Who can help me ?How to reply to his email?

Or you can let your customer give you debit from next order.

this is really a mistake! your company should be resonsponsible. So I think your company should make some discount in this time and guarantee to customers that you won't make such mistakes next time.

i also have the same meaning with you. however, my boss never consider of other reasons. OF course,they would not compensate with customers. so i think there's hardly opportunity to retrieve this big client. I'm so sad but no way.

I think before you shipped that cargo to your customer,you and your company have already known that the cargo is smaller than the samples,why did you still ship that to your customer under the situation that you knew it is not what your customer need.And when you decided to ship that cargo to your customer,you should think about that when your customer received the cargo they will find it is not the same as the sample,don't you think about iwhat will the customer do when they received it?  If you received that cargo from your supplier,what should you do?   of course,return to you and ship the correct cargo or make compensation.

So I think your company should take full responsibility. If you don't take any resolution,that customer will lost.And if your company do business in this way,I think many customer will be lost.
