how to answer the customer
a client requested me to send a sample to him today, as a newly company, I want to reduce the cost and the risk, but I don't want lose this client, how to do it?

let them pay for the sample first and tell them that u will return the sample cost back to them after a confirmed order.

if you want get order,you have to send the sample to custome for confirmation,this just the pprocess of trade,but you have to try to know the real purpose of the customer,if he just need you sample to send other to ask price of somthing else,

you may send the customer sample,but ask him to pay the courier fee,and tell him it is your company's rule.
