How can you handle the problem ?

I always say that is the fixed pirce.We have sepcial people to calculate the cost.But they are still not satisfied about the answer.7P;{3p.X.R;|
And what is your answer.

Actually when i firstly offerto the customers, the price will be a little high, when they say the price is very high, you can tell them the price you give them just the ex-factory price and add packing price and transport price, you do these just because these is the first cooperate between them and want to do business with them. so just wait one day, if they have not respond, you low a little of you price.

A new US customer,i quoted 5% high prices to him for samples making.

I said to him we will re-caculate the price after samples come out,if the prices are ok,we will revert the sample charges upon the order.
