how to improve your English-both oral English and Written English

I find it is hard to impove that ,because i cann't settle down to reading .It is very boring to read English article.So i found it is very hard to master more vocabulary.

When in school, I didn't spend much time in learning .Now I regret.

any good advice?

when we are learning english,we may not find suitable way to practice ,you can creat a english condition .
when you think of one word and sentence,please repeat and remember.it is a usful way to practice you mind on english !

i think you can try to learn by your interest and learn english by your own way
