quarrel with my client

one day ,I got an inquiry and quote the price, a few days later ,I send the samples. It's lucky, the client confirm our samples ,and told me that he will give me a order .I'm so happy. But that's just the beginng. the quantity of  the order is very small ,which is different with we discuss before. Meanwhile , the price i quote is also for bulk production. then he also want us to give him commission which didn't mentioned before. At last,I find we can not do that price which already below our cost ,  I analyse  it to my client ,but he can not accept it . Then we quarrelled with each other. Till now ,still didn't find way to solve this problem.

Before give up, i think you may talk with him again. Keep your profit and persuade him to order. At least, let him know your price has been the best for your product. Maybe days later, he'll be back for your cooperation. Anyway, don't give up easily. Try and try again first. Business looks like a quarrel, quarrel for more profit.,Z.CF @W c-`"T

in the beginning, you should  analyse,if he is large client. and offer him a reasonable price that we can make money.
