How can I master oral English

As an international businessman ,we often talk about how to improve English ,especially oral .Someone says it is too hard .Actually it is not easy to grasp a foreign language .but it is not so difficult as you  thought .
I have a friend____ a girl of meddle school student ,when she was 16 years old ,she went to BEIJING as clerk in a college .In the college ,she saw a lot of teachers and students can talk to foreigners fluently ,she was very admired and made up her mind she had to learn it by herself .After work ,she taught herself and consulted to other teachers. three years passed away ,her English improved a lot ,then became a teacher ,taught in infants school  ,elementary school ,meddle school , college ,even taught foreigners learning Chinese .Her oral is pure American English . It is pretty good .
Her experience of learning English give me a lot of encouragement. Many  students graduate from college ,they pass the 四级 and 六级 ，but they cannot converse fluently to  foreigners .most of them pay more attention on exam .That is the most problem of Chinese education .
As a English- lover ,I want to share some tips about learning English .
1,pay much more attention on listening .Imaging ,if you cannot not get the foreigners meaning when you are having a conversation ,how can you reply .
2,just like KARL. MARX saying ,when you are learning a foreign language ,forget all about your mother language .When you are having a conversation ,try to think about what you want to say in English on you mind ,do not think in Chinese and then translate into Chinese ,if you do so ,you cannot follow the others ,and you cannot speak it freely .
3,try to make a good language environment for yourself, these days ,there a lot of good website on the internet ,they are made by some professional educational institutions from USA ,such as ?¡ãlet us talk in English , American on the air , studio classroom ?¡ã,they are very good for oral .
4,as the most famous saint CONFUCIUS said ,the interesting is the best teacher .when you really love it and are interested in it, you can master it .I think if you want to learn something useful ,you have to work hard ,but  something useless such as smoking, you can learn very easily .
This is my experience of learning English , I think this will help English-lovers .my major is engineering ,not English , after graduating from college, I learn it on line about 5 years ,and writing about 100 notebooks (1,500,000 English words ).
I would like to help friends of entering into international business .

we did pay much attention on the exam.
We never find it difficult to learn english.Just lack of the environment to practice.

yes , you are right .

Your tips are very good for me,and give me much encourage.
but I have one questions how to remember English words.
Because there are many stranges words for me.

:) ,That's good for me, I watch american soap opera everyday.such as friends,
desperate housewife,prison breach,sex and the city,gossip girl,lose,etc. especially friends,I think this sitcom is very good at improve oral english.
   My oral english was not very good before,but I can talk with foreigners easily now. thanks those  american TV show:) ,and I will watching more and more this kinds of TV show to improve  my oral english .

I have learning English for many years, I still feel that my English is quite poor. Actually my oral English is quite well when I was in college. But I seldom use English at work, especially oral English. I feel confused that whether I should quite my job or not.  I still learning English and Japanese while workin'. I hope I could improve by myself. But my work spends me a lot of time, when I get home it's 9 o'clock, after I finish my supper, it's 10. I'll keep leaning....

Oral English

As a foreign English teacher in China I have seen all sorts of different types of students in China. However the easiest way to practice oral English is the only way none of you will ever try. Talk to your friends IN ENGLISH! Go shopping and only spesk English. Who ever speaks the most chinese has to pay for dinner. The idea is simple, will improve your confidence in speaking english in no time and everyone will admire you!!!!!!!

I personally try and speak chinese all day with who ever I can. My grammar is appaling but it has improved my oral chinese no end
