The Indian customers are always looking for the cheapest prices possible. Maybe you can ask them what is their target price to see what they say, and tell them that you offer worthy quality for this price. If you have some information on the prices of other company, you can show them yours are cheaper. This may help.

just tell him that you have offered the best price you could give, tell him that if he want the lower price, find the other supplier. and your products just worth the value you offer.

Talk with him like this:Dear Sir,as we all know that it's our first transaction, and we all want to conclude this deal successfully,so let's make a half,I'll deduct a percentage from a sum of money, and make this final of ***US$

All the india Clients I have met is all more less the same,They always want the lowest price,It is related to the Economy developement and marketing policy of that country. If the client always bargain the price with you,It means he is paying great attention to the case,And I guess the price you have offered him is reasonable, maybe he is in the process of double checking the price with other suppliers to see whether he can get a better price or not.Hold on and wait!

I think you don't need give the real price to the customer in your first email.2Qm{^!E T+\
Because almost half past customers don't believe your first price ,they will bargain over the price with you in the next several emails.
