yes!! put your product in a EXCEL form with the price,shipping cost . maybe he is the potenital  customer, and you can get this order.

usually  do not send the price list to him,he would not pay much attention to this,you can ask him what exactly products he is interested in,so that you can give him the exact price info.and excel file sometimes can not work

if customer need the soecific product price,you send it,but if your price is  higher,it will make some potential customer leave,how an avoid this thing?

In my opinion, you should make sure the real demand the client wanted. Then reply to them specially. I also face the same question before,I do not know the clint 'real demands.They ask for quotation only,not say clearly the detail of the goods.

I got so many such E-mail.

JUST GIVE HIM YOUR QUOTATION WHICH INCLUDING PACKINGS, G.W, N.W, CARTON SIZE AND SO ON.

In my opinion, if it is possible, give him some prices of several specification and the shipping cost, and ask him some proffesional question of the product.at last let him give their website to you.:handshake  Just for reference.

I also give my clients the pricelist,but there are no reply from then on.In my opinion,it is needn't to give him the pricelist.
