Shall I need to send the samples

[b][/b]I meet a customer from American, this is the first reply when I send so many mails to potential clients, I feel exciting. However, the customer want the samples, because he know little about our products, but he refuse to pay for the freight of the samples. It seems that he is not very sincere, my colleague also told me that it seems not real customer, even he is, it is hard for us to get the even small order. But our products are really meet the customers' need. This confuse me, as a fresh foreign sales ,you know, I eager to get my own customer, I want to send the samples, but it seems not a very smart action.  What should I do.

what products do you sell?

[size=5][b][/b][/size]Our major products are water erasable pen for handicraft, embroidery, cross stitch marking. Air erasable pen for garments and shoes' temporary marking. as well as leather marking pens. And the customer is dressmaker, he needs the air erasable pen for garments

Generally speaking, if the customer really want to order our commodity, it is common for them to pay us the freight charge, and they also would like to pay .

I have send the samples this week, and then she may have got the samples. but she is really with little sincerity. she even tired to reply my mail. So disappointed, maybe I still have to wait a long time. and may wait for  nothing.

i think it's not much opportunity. but  i wish you can get the much order.

dont mind this thing. let bygones be bygones. prepare for the next customer.we will have our own customers someday.FIGHTING!
