Too unfair,should I go?

0u6]f:n2{ H+B4u I graduated this year,and I have been doing my job for almost 3 weeks as a e-business trader,  i have the same feeling as most of the freshmen here, thinking that it is hard to do foreign trade now.All I do a day is sitting in front of the computer,sending e-mail,and quotations, from 9am--12am 13:30 pm--18pm, 5.5days per week.

the first month is  trial period,1200RMB.and it is said that we will be give only half ,cos the other half will be save as security,so ,may be i just can get 600 for the first month.s'@E9?i p.`%O(W
After the trial month,that is become the staff,the salary is more BT. If I get no order,no pure profits,I just can get 800

M9xEy(G'Z And you know what,the first day I came to this company, they asked me to sign the contract for one year,there is an unfair line~~~no matter you can pass the trail period, if you dismiss yourself, i shall pay them 1000rmb as a fine, that's too unfair, but i have no idea, cos i don't have place to live, so ~~~one year~~~and this low salary~~~I really wanna go`~~~:')[/color][/font][/size][/size]

in my opinion, if the company can give your the future, and the atmsphere there is good, stay there, and work hard.

but i can not see any future ,and the atmosphere is  too blue,all i can hear is the voice of the keypad,mouse,and the calculator,our colleagues seldom talk, just mind their business,i really don't like this way ,i am a talkative girl,and I like good working atmosphere~~oh~~this atmosphere  gonna kill me `~~hehe~~~anyway,thank you  so much for your advice.:lol

Don't woory about contract. Nowadays, we are not limited so much by the contract ,and i suggust you read our country labor law .  You will kown 1000rmb is be outside the law.

don't think too much,pay attention to present work and accumunate experience,i am a greenhand through i have worked 8 months in changsha,now i have no relax day in one month trial days and have to sigh the contract for 3years,i enjoy the atmosphere here,try to get along well with every colleagua and keep smile everyday

Thank you for all your suggestions, want I really lack of ,I think ,is the confidence, I don't know whether I could I a good job,what if this situation happen again? and what am I capable of doing?  what do I like to do? Gain is more important than pain.If you can learn knowledge there,just stay there.Staying there one year successfully,which will cultivate that you are be of good patience!!:victory:

Too low salary, too sick way of payoff. No need to work there.

don??t worried about the contract,first you must to make sure what you want to do .i think it is very important

Check whether the products you like firstly, second take care of the contract carefully, there maybe some trap, don't be shame to talk with them, and never sign any documents without carefully thinking

experience is most important now a day, if you can learn more from there,suggesting stay...

frankly,we are almostly the same.But I would like to suggest that youd better take your boss and workmate into consideration,and the prospect of your company.If you are sure that there not anything you can learn and gain from them,
