For example, we don't have to start a thread just to say "good morning" to other members, but sometimes there are actually a couple of them in the same morning. It's totally unnecessary and disturbing since it takes a place in the front page, though it seems the poster is good-intentioned. Can you imagine a board with a great part of threads of this kind?
