I usually send him or her a copy of catalogue and ask for the detailed requirement.;MTS8f;y(_.y?
We focus on machines so sometimes the prices are confirmed according to customer's requirement. I will tell them about this and wait for their reply!

usually i give him a price list and let him choose the product then we can negotiate!

I think you should ask some details about your products first, then let him know about your company, products, services. In other way, your prices list a business secret of your company and you cann't send it to other freely.

In my opinion, not only reply the question, but also show something they do care about, such as shipping, payment. and what's your preponderant you have.
