My first order and my first customer

I have never talked with her online after the frist order placed with me. Not because I don't want to but because I feel regret to her. :} Z2lL#z9dH6f
She found me on Ecplaza asked me something about our goods. After several emails between she and I , she finally placed an order with me,1000pcs,our MOQ. She paid the cost totally in advance before the production. How kind a customer! As it is my first order, you may think that I must have been carefull enought about all the processes. But I am sorry I was not. The key reason is that I know little about the product quality, cartons, or other matters. She is an American. And I guess she is a retailer and has no company as she never use her company name on all documents instead of her name. That time she asked us to delivery the goods to Santiago Port and she paid the freight in advance. Then I contacted one of our loyal forwarders to move forwarder with our goods' shippment. It seems everthing goes well. But when the goods got to the destination port, she told me she was still dealing with her agency about how to get the goods. As we know If you want to import sth from other coutires, you shoud have the right to import . But I thought she hasn't because she imported the goods personally. After that, I didn't keep her in contact as I am so busy with my another complexed order. Two weeks later, I was in good state. When I was about to ask her the details of if she has got the goods, I stopped because I felt so sorry to her. It was really a long time to contact her after our last conversation. When I thought of our used cartons without stripped for her, I couldn't help to think how sad if she saw the broken cartons got to her :Q !~g6Y\2yKf;p
Oh,my kind customer. I don't know how to explain . I was a greenhand. I dont expect your repeat order but if you make order again, I am sure you will get the best goods. I am expericenced now.:time:

you are really a lucky girl, but when you got the customer, you should charge of all the things about the customer's goods, especially the quality. for this point, you should think more about yourself.
