what can I do?
I am in trouble with my business,I don't know how to do ?who can help me?

I send a T/T proforma invoice to my customer in Norway,but I mistake the USD for EUR in total amount blank ,only in unit price is EUR, so the customer remit me USD,that is nearly one thousand RMB spread with EUR. My customer agree to remit the spread on basis of I send the products in advance before the additional remit arrived.I agree him,but my boss don't agree to do this ,he only agree to send the products after the additional remit arrive my company account,if I insist to do so ,I have to bear the risk,nearly one thousand RMB.who can tell me,what should I do?thanks

Sometimes,as a sales,you must have the courage to take over the risks or the mistake you make by yourself.In this case,you may say to your boss that "if the client remit the left money,i will cover on my own...it is a spirit that all super sales must learn.Of course,it depends on your trust on the client.

Tell your boss,please let him show a little trust and consider the lasting cooperation with this customer.Because it's your mistakes made by you firstly.The customer is innocent anyway.Hope this helps!
