How to handle the deal with Indian?

Hello,any expert here can instruct me how to tackle the order with indian :I met an indian buyer who placed an order only after few email rounds with me ,I requested he give  downpayment ,to my surprise,the money was given immediately at my request,so I made the production request to a chinese manufacuturer ,a week ago the production was completely done, i has been trying to contact with him these days for balance money ,but have not been in touch with him yet.now i'm wondering what's wrong with him ?is there either a trap or other fact behind ?

sometimes it is just like that , be patient & wait for few days , send him email but not so        frequently

try to contact him/her. otherwise leave him/her message.

i am missed on the way .
