how does a company make clearance

What do you mean by "clearance"?????:L

it means qing guan.the words is given by a transport agent.

"custom clearance"

you send the copy B/L(telex release),packing list ,commerical invoice to your customer,

you need to handle the export customs clearance and your customer need to do the import, need to hand over a lot of documents to the customs but I think better to ask the favour from a customs broker, they are very very experienced:lol

My suggestion is u'd better to search a forwarder to help u!

If there are some veterans in the international trade department in your company,ask them for help and expaination.Otherwise I advise that you should find a reliable forwarder to sever you.Then the clearance wil be much easier.But of course,the  cost will rise^^
