Customer protection --- advice.

I need some expert advice on the above..... i have been  cheated by a company called max spread development dealing in mobile phones.. they supplied goods which are faulty 80% and I am stuck. I am in Kenya and now they claim that warranty is for china only , Unless I send the goods back.. at my own cost....

What kind of moble phone do u hav now and what is the problem? Cannot  the problem be solved in Kenya?

I had bought 34 phones for resale purposes... Chinese phones and Nokia copies.. the copies have a problem in that incoming callers voice is very very faint,, despite adjusting volume,,one can hardly hear anything  plus there is a charging system problem... the battery shows full charge and within an hour the phone shuts down. Its a manufacturing problem.:')
