I knew A first. and do business with him for more than 3 years.

But soon, B left their company and gave me an order.

I don't think that India clients are honest. You can make a contract with him and let hime become the only distributor in India. He must order some models in one year.

Then you can expect and require more quantity from him to be your sole agent.Just be wise,LZ.If really you want to treat him as your agent,the quantity and terms should be reasonable that he can accept.But if not,please require him more and more that he can't accept.Then you can tell him,"Sorry,my friend,we are not going to treat you as our sole agent in India because of the quantity and terms."He will learn a lesson from this,I think,haha!(Sorry it looks like I'm a little BT.But it is worth trying.Because the Indians is not a saving lamp.Sorry for my Chineglish!)dTyM(F;x.A

Consider the profit of your company,then try to keep one most potential client if you are not sure whether you can keep three of them all. It seems A is the most powerful and the initial clien for you. If you don't want to lose A and not confident that you can keep B and C as your long-term clients,then just give them up and inform A that you will not do  business with B or C again after the first deal with them. Personal opinions.

Both brothers are in one same company that dealing with us.  Somehow, they broke, and we do business with both of them without knowing they are actually from former same company. And several months later, one of they who gave more orders began to complain about us selling others the same product.  F5|k}AC

If he want you do so,he should make sole buyer agreement with you

I think you can tell A that you can sign a contact that he is the ONLY SALES PERSON in India,  If he can agree this, You will just only sale your goods to A, Or you have your oipion sale the goods to others
