How to communicate with customers?

My listening english is poor although I do my utmost to improve it.:(

Last time,my customer came,I just like .....

First of all. Be more confident. You should believe yourself. n:qh#e0I1o
When you answer a call, you can write something on the notebook. If you do not follow what he or she said, you can ask he or she to speak lowly. UHd%[%xS\V O1d'Q
And at last, you can ask he or she to send a e-mail just for the conformation. :)

prepare all information for the fair, company profile,product price,function etc. Be confident, many sales' speaking english are not so good. Speak loundly, the customer would understand. Believe yourself!

In my idea, you can practise your listening every morning if you have free time.try to follow the tape and take to heart in them.What's more.talk with your friend s in english .step by step . your english will improve a lot. g-}TU8} q({

the function of language is to express yourself and  make yourself understood.
