troubles in Nantong factory

[size=4]We have sent a bulk of finished garment to a factory  located in Qidong, Nantong city, Jiangsu province and asked them to do some labeling and packing work for us, however, something unexpected things happended and we delayed to send the labels and cartons for the factory's work, the bulk was kept in their warehouse for more than one month.4A?)ko0w'C0TnL

P&S$H }Jd%x Now, we have solved the troubles and all of the trims are ready to send to the factory to start the work, but the factory said that they won't do this work for us any more even though we agree to pay more to them, what's worse, they asked for a very big amount for warehouse storage charge and human cost...Otherwise, they won't return the goods to us, how terrible!

How teriable and hateful ! you didn't signed contract ?  why not find a near factory for this in Guangdong ?  I hope you can deal with it well .

because we purchased the bulk in Jiangsu, we found that factory to do the extra work there.... sometimes, contract cannot be the reason to solve the troubles since it is impossilbe to talk in a reasonable way if he gets crazy...
