How to know the ID.??

Hey, guys,,, sometimes, we got letter ask for pricelist,, but we can't tell from which area the sender comes from,

mostly,it cannt work,if your customer send mail by webmail not using such as OUTLOOK progaram,(even using OUTLOOK,the ip  sometime just show mail server IP),always be the mail server.so any customers with yahoo.com mail show the ID is from USA,with yahoo.fr show form france.he"P:xzc

:\:ET4O"eOe or you can install a trojanhorse program in your customer's computer,then you can track all of his actionz,but it is illegal.
