But ,my dear customer ,you don't know why I didn't reply to you immediately, as a result of our unabillity to produce them or unworth to answer such enquires.O cq7S,Sv{

I have a client, we talk for almost 2 months, he always ask me the question and promise me an order.  But the orders(ikW9Yd'd"^

I think you just need to tell the truth to your clients, if that kind of prioduct are not available in your company. Business and friendship are two different things, you know. Even though you lose this business opportunity with him this time, it doesn't mean you lost this friend! Friendship needs sincerity between two friends.

I have a client contacting for 2 months but no orders released to me , she always say she really want to wrok with me and will get the final approval from her customer. 7x\9F'TxDTT+H

Actually,I have given him our catalogue and told him all the goods we are able to make  are our catalogue. Yesterday afternoon, he asked me another items which he asked twice before and I told him we have no this product. I felt so angry, is he so forgetfull?:L
