Lost Expected Customer ??
[size=3][color=yellowgreen]I felt depression these days as I lost one of my expected customer, who I followed almost 1 month.

1 month ago, he inquiried me with indefinite information, so I replied to him in my professional knowledges of products, he reverted me quickly and sent the artworks to me for discussion. About 2 weeks went by, all specifications about that projects were clear, so he asked for sampling. Usually, we shall charge the sample fee to our customers ,which is our company's policy, but it will be refunded when the order was placed . He confirmed to the sample fee and I sent the P/I for sampling later, a few days I have received the bank slip from him and he advised that it will cost about a week for remittance and requested for our starting to make samples. I did believe him,who had transferred the money successfully. Actuall the money was not still on our account, so I called him in regards to it, he replied me that there was maybe somewhat between his bank and our bank information and replied tomorrow ( Saturday ).

The second day, I have received his responding, he told me fact that he didn't make moeny to our account at all and added that : " I have received 3 quotations from others suppliers, the price are equal to you, no charge for sampling but $60 freight cost , so after a meeting with my board, we decided to hold the process of samples with you and ask you why you where charging us almost $1.200 .we talked a lot about the situation because I had a good contact with you, you called us to know what was going on and we saw nice products realised on your website.Frankly I had to agree with my board about the amount you asked for the samples (they also blamed me for having done the wire before receiving other's offers, but this is my problem).So now what can we do about this problem ? in my opinion,you can accept this money,which will make him pay more attentiona to your sample,after all,it is what he buy.

In other hand,pay attention on the sample you make for him & dont let him down,that's my thoughts.

Thanks for your kindly ideas, but he wanna get all samples, nor partial .as the sample fee is far from $1200 , which is not allowed and approved by my boss .

Initiately, I have a thought as same as you stated, but he didn't revert me when I clarfied $300 is only for two samples , nor all . I think he only take some money to get some samples .
