How to reply to this kind of inquiry??

Hi, all. I am new here, and would like to ask for your help.
%Y*d3^IY3gkQl E I just start working in a trading firm for a week now. After sending out those fist introduction emails, I got reply from customers who's asking me for the full set of price list. According our company's policy, we're not suppose to send the list out to customer. Pls show me how to reply politely. Tks.

After sending out emails for asking more specif details, some of them don't reply me back. :(  Should I send them another email or just ignore them? Bcoz it seems that they aren't really interesting in our products, or they're just shopping around 4 the price, right?

Ask your customer which styles does he/she prefer, then give he/she price list for those he/she interested in.

this is the problem we face to every day. just tell him "due to our many models, sorry that we can't send all price list to you. Could u plz advise the models u actually interested in? So i will quote to you promptly. I think it will be more effective and save yr time. what do u think about?"

I am also a new comer in a int'l trade company , but I just learn to make the documents for  more than one month. Is that normal? I always doubt about it, and I reading a lot of            experience on BBS,you are looking for clients . so I don't know what I can  do to change this situation.

What do u mean by "make documents for more than one month"? Do you mean learning your products? Well, it takes me a month to get familiar w/ our company's products and I'm still learning...:L  So don't give up and keep going,we will make it - to have our first order soon......:D

I think such people just want to know the price without the desire to place the order .
0H h%~Za0N You could tell you him that " as your company handle a wild range of products and without the specify you couldn't quote the price , and you aslo could tell me as the market changable ,such as rate exchange ,material increasing ect that you company didn't list out the price list .YOu could quote the price according to customer's detail requirement.(just for reference)
