Well it is really awful to get into this matters, while at the same time,you can prove yourself to be patient and capability compare to others. Dont always think everything in one aspect. Maybe in the other aspect you could find the answer.

It is really not a good news,however,you may have to find out where is the problem before you wanna heir another better girl.

1. some girls come to shanghai for the first time so they just want to take a rest in A company, meanwhile, she is searching for others, when she finds B company is a little better than A, she will go...  no matter how much you have done to trade her.. ~ ?8{&p)qz0v
2. sometimes, the girls really don't have feelings to some metal products, like ours.. after one or two weeks, they ask to leave..

Don't think that this is the girl's mistake. If your company is good, I think that everybody would rather stay.

really, i know the feeling, cuz i just gruaduated, and now i work in a manufacturing company and i feel good, i can learn a lot, the international trade knowledge, the business english, and thee interpersonal relationship, all about that. But i am not sure whether i can stay here for too long. Maybe i will leave one year letter for a better job.
