keep moving..................

This afternoon my customer will arrival our office. i never met them before. Even we do business many years. but just one year since i have been here. And this customer is our company the biggest customer. I am so tight. My english is so poor, especial spoken english. customer will stay here three days. during these days we will visit 24 suppliers. now i feel i am so disgrace,when visit them. I don't know how to communicate with customer.I thought why i don't study hard when in campus. Now regret is useless. All i have to do is learn english.but the shortest answer is to do not just saying. It take years of hard work to learn english well.i must insist. i must succeed. i must act at once.

I think that the customer will be not only pay attention to your oral English,but most important thing is good products and high reputation suppiers you will supply to him.He would be satified on these,exactly.

I think you will manage it very well, Just forget the fucking  grammar, make it easy. Just easy word express your information to the customers is ok. v p5x^T,G2C%f

On march.2008.Our big agent in German came to China,stayed for 3 days also.

3days!!!  I talked to them, and translate,all about technical issues....including battery tests.!

Trust yourself. you should only talk slowly and  make your customer understanding your meaning, it is ok! Off course, prime quality of the products and the good suppliers are the important factors for your business.

thanks everyone in here encourage me. Since that i have not come here,it is very sorry.But that time experience is not very good. Most of time i keep quiet. seldom talk with customer. We are guests in china agent. together with my boss and the other colleague accompany customer visit factories.but the main charge person it is me to follow them orders.

Now this customers have already in China, they will come here visit factories again. just next week. So i need to accompany with them again to select samples. I think i must open my mouth to talk with them. and don't care poor english. just hold the chance to practice. come on. i can do it.

4.Regarding English, during the visit,express what you can do,you are not to be a good speaker,in fact,you only need transfer information.Say excuse me or parton if you fail to catch what he said,the visitors will be willing to give you easier explaniation,the foreigner always know we Chinese speak poor English with poor pronouncation in nervous and unconfident tone,:lol  anyway,you should make sure you send the correct information,especially for the price,never make any mistake on this
