Why no response got after you reply inquiry

[A] If I am a honest buyer, these are some reasons not to give a reply to you:
c,A*ue;D*k 1) your quotation is much higher than others, so I suppose we can not negotiatex)|pP3A,qbo
2) your quotation is good, but I have already enough offers, and I can not contact all of them for further information or negotiayion because of time
5zG+k eFG*SS 3) your quotation is good, but unfortunately your message went to "spam" folder (i don't know why, but it happened very often regardless mail program I used)
{:gwZ q:{ b 4) your quotation is for another product, even if I ask very clearly and gave you complete informations about what I need, so I decide not to ask you againP-C1h&O&EAxY

Tips for the Spam emails?

There is no effective measures can be avoid the spam email sending, as the server are different .

it is a common phenominon appears in my working days, i am also a green hand,at the first time,my boss tought me how to write a business emails rather than ordinary email.

Nice to see you , :handshake   I shall replied all the inquiries initially , but I will analyse and class them firstly and revert to it which is good inquiry . You have more time to do another things, such as updating your product / picture/ sell leading . etc. in B2B site to get more chance of getting inquiry .

1.The rival disguises as the customer, to defraud of information.

you know the foreign will set the options to avoid the emails into their mailboxes.For instance he will add some key words including the normals words which appear in common,and the foreign clients server will test the ip you used ,if he allow the mail from china,he will accept it automatically.  This is my personal view.

sometimes the client send the inquiry to us, but when we reply to him ,he will not reply us.
