I have a customer from Ukraine ,but when i want to have a talk to her ,she usually  pays no attention to me .what should i do ! who   can  tell me how to start a  business talk ? Many thanks !

When customer feel relax to talk with you,everything would be better~

first ,you should make friemds with her ,then you talk about buiness is so sample
